SHEYDA V. SEMNANI, ATTORNEY

Sheyda Semnani is an Attorney in the Corporate Department of Sklar Kirsh LLP. Sheyda’s practice focuses on representing both private and public companies in a variety of industries.  She has experience counseling clients with respect to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partner dispute resolution, and executive compensation.

Sheyda began her career as a corporate lawyer with Sklar Kirsh LLP, initially joining the firm as a law clerk. Prior to Sklar Kirsh, Sheyda was a clerk with the Los Angeles personal injury boutique firm Waters, Kraus & Paul, LLP and with EARTHJUSTICE and KLN Firm before that.

Born in Switzerland and raised in Los Angeles, Sheyda attended California State University, Northridge where she earned a degree in Sociology.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where she was a member of the Women Lawyer Association of Los Angeles, the Iranian American Bar Association, and the International Bar Association.

Sheyda enjoys volunteering in the community, learning languages (in addition to English, she speaks French, Spanish, and Farsi), traveling, and triathlons.
