MOLLY K. MADDEN, PARTNER

Molly Madden is a Partner of Sklar Kirsh LLP in the Litigation Department. Molly has represented clients in a broad range of commercial and consumer litigation matters, including breach of contract and business torts, real estate, corporate disputes, unfair competition, intellectual property, banking, finance and products liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly was an associate at Goodwin Procter, where she specialized in complex commercial and consumer cases, with a focus on financial services litigation and the defense of class actions and government enforcement actions.

Molly graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she was an editor for the Women’s Law Journal and director of the Skid Row Housing Clinic. She received her Bachelor’s degree from New York University.
