DEEDEE JONES, REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL

Claudia “DeeDee” Jones is a paralegal in the Real Estate Department at Sklar Kirsh LLP.  She has extensive experience in handling all aspects of real estate transactions including preparation and maintenance of closing checklists, drafting of loan documents, performing and reviewing UCC lien searches, drafting deeds, reviewing title commitments and surveys, handling UCC Fixture Filings and Financing Statements and other matters relating to real estate closings.

Prior to joining Sklar Kirsh LLP, DeeDee worked as a commercial lending real estate and corporate paralegal with the global law firm Dentons Bingham Greenebaum LLP.  She and has over 20 years of experience working in the real estate legal sector.

An Indiana native, DeeDee relocated to California in 2021 and enjoys the beach, watching the Dodgers play and attending Lakers basketball games. She also enjoys watching her kids play competitive basketball and is hopeful to see them play in college in a couple years.
