BENJAMIN HARRISON, ASSOCIATE

Benjamin Harrison is an associate of Sklar Kirsh in the Corporate Department.  Benjamin’s practice focuses on representing both private and public companies in a variety of industries.  He has experience counseling clients with respect to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partner dispute resolution.

Benjamin graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in English Literature and earned his JD at LMU Loyola Law School where he served as a Board Member of the Transfer Student Association.  During law school, Benjamin was a Summer Associate at Kushner Carlson in Aliso Viejo, California and a Legal Intern at Abrams Garfinkle Margolis Bergson in Burbank, California.
