ANGEL WOU, ASSOCIATE

Angel Wou is an associate of Sklar Kirsh LLP in the Real Estate Department.  Angel has significant experience representing a diverse range of clients in negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured transactions primarily for the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets.  Angel’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including loans secured by multiple properties, syndicated loans, subordinate and mezzanine financings, securitized debt, construction loans, and all aspects of real estate due diligence.

Prior to joining Sklar Kirsh LLP, Angel was an associate in the Real Estate Group of Morrison & Foerster LLP.  At Morrison & Foerster LLP, Angel represented both domestic and foreign banks and lending institutions, as well as property owners, in connection with the acquisition, development, and financing of hotels and resorts, office and mixed-use properties, multi-family projects, condominium projects, and commercial/retail centers.  Angel’s practice also involved representing clients in purchase and sale transactions and joint venture arrangements.

Angel received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).  Angel is a member of the State Bar of California.
