Amy Bender is a paralegal in the Litigation Department at Sklar Kirsh, LLP. With 20 years of experience in litigation, Amy handles all phases of litigation support including drafting court documents, discovery and discovery responses; factual investigation and legal research; case management for document-intensive cases; and trial preparation and support.
Amy earned her BA in Political Science and French from California State University, Fullerton and a Certificate in Litigation from UCLA Extension’s Paralegal Training Program. She is president of her Toastmasters Group and enjoys practicing her French language skills with other French speakers in informal groups and social settings.
